The Stuyvesant Town Greenmarket brings fresh food from local farms straight to the doorsteps of Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village residents, and is open to the area public as well. Choose from certified Organic and specialty vegetables, orchard fruit and berries, farmstead European-style sheep and cows milk cheeses and yogurt, fresh caught fish, pickles, preserves, chutneys, and organic artisanal baked goods. Regular cooking demonstrations and family friendly events make the Stuyvesant Town Greenmarket the place to be on Sunday mornings.

Jennifer is a Wall Street refugee having recently left a career in Product Management to pursue dreams of supporting sustainable agriculture. Prior to joining GrowNYC as a Greenmarket Manager, Jennifer was responsible for the development of analytical tools used by the global investment community. In addition to her role with GrowNYC, Jennifer is also pursuing an MA in Food Studies at NYU. Her specific focus is Food Systems where she studies the environmental, ethical and economic factors in food production and distribution. Jennifer holds a BS in Business Economics from Cornell University.
