Located across the street from Carroll Park, this much-loved Brooklyn market is a destination for neighbors, families, and Sunday brunch goers alike. During the spring and summer, fresh cut flowers and live plants lure passersby to the market that stretches along the sidewalk in front of PS58. Stock your larder with the incredible array of regionally grown produce, award-winning goat cheese, grass fed beef, and organic milk and yogurt that are on offer each week.

Originally from a sleepy Connecticut town, where her parents own a natural and organic grocery store, Lucinda moved to the big city five years ago by way of Boston. She is excited to be returning to her local-farming, community-building, small-business roots with GrowNYC this season. Lucinda loves cooking, searching out delicious new foods, and making sure you’re eating your fruits and veggies. When she’s not at the markets, Lucinda can be found coddling her herb and vegetable plants on her Brooklyn roof deck.
