Our network of Greenmarket farmers markets, Farmstands, and Fresh Food Box sites, coupled with GrowNYC Wholesale, ensures that all New Yorkers have access to the freshest, healthiest local food.
GrowNYC Greenmarkets, Farmstands, and Fresh Food Box sites operate under very strict permits. From time to time, and where there is additional space, we are able to host City agencies and non-profit organizations aligned with our mission to conduct promotional activity as market guests.
Pre-approved market guests may distribute information and literature, and perform outreach to customers; guests cannot sell services, products, memberships, or merchandise, nor can guests solicit donations. Guests must provide the required insurance, and bring any equipment needed (e.g. tables and chairs); we do not provide equipment, electricity, or facilities.
If you are with an organization that is eligible to guest table in our markets, please fill out the following form and we will get back to you. **Please note, responses can take up to one month.**

If approved, you will need to provide
1) hard copies or PDFs of any materials, and samples of any giveaways, you wish to distribute while at market,
2) your Certificate of Insurance showing:
a) at minimum $3 million dollars in general liability coverage (more may be required, depending on what activity you wish to conduct in market),
b) “Council on the Environment Inc., GrowNYC, Greenmarket, the City of New York, Greenmarket Staff, Customers, and Participants, are additional insured as their interests may appear with respect to participation in the [Market Name] Greenmarket on [Date]."
