East Gate has been in business since 1984.  They raise nursery crops and vegetables.  Frank Sr. and Jr. are full time farmers and have never held any other jobs.  Home farm is approximately 110 acres with additional rented land of approximately 100 acres.

Jack Hoeffner represents the 4th generation to farm at Hoeffner Farms, located in Montgomery, 80 miles from New York City. He began selling in the lower Hudson Valley Farmers Market when he was 14 years old. In 1955 he joined the Greenmarket in New York City, making him one of the original Greenmarket Farmers. Jack works along side his wife Edie, daughter Wendy, Granddaughter Ashley, Grandson Hunter, his brother Phil, sister-in-law Linda and nephew Phil Jr.

Perrone Farms has been in operation and selling local produce to New Yorkers for 100 years.  Located in Milford, New Jersey the produce travels approximately a mere 30 miles into New York City. Currently brothers Mike and Steve Perrone, representing the families 3rd and 4th generation of farmers, manage the farm. They plant and harvest approximately 3 acres of bedding plants (both annuals and perennials), seasonal produce and a variety of herbs.
