GrowNYC's Plant-A-Lot (PAL) Project works with organized, dedicated groups and individuals to build, maintain and rejuvenate community gardens and other neighborhood open spaces. We provide technical assistance (design, construction, planting advice) and material assistance (soil, trees, flowers, vegetables, benches, tables, gazebos and more) to community gardens, and help maintain more than 60 gardens which were created with PAL assistance in prior years.
