Sam is a southern girl recently transplanted to NYC where she finally gets to enjoy all four seasons! She will passionately argue to anyone who asks that there is no better place to observe the changing seasons than at a weekly greenmarket, where everything is at its freshest and the flavors change before anything can get predictable. If you meet her during the summer months, Sam asks that you kindly forgive her for being sticky - it's probably from stuffing herself with juicy peaches, berries, and watermelon. Her cooking motto is, "What grows together, goes together!"
