Spencer's Little Heaven is a small L shaped garden adjacent to Pratt Area Community Council Housing. The garden, designed by community members, with the expertise of GrowNYC features a picnic area & extensive plantings including butterfly attracting plants & herbs. There is a small pond. Along one wall is a mural created by community children that depicts a streetscape of the garden and surrounding block.There is also an U shaped vegetable bed that is shared by residents andchildren from PS3 across the street.
