The experience is eye-opening for many of the patients and sheds new light on the relationship between what you eat and how it impacts your body. They really like the food that the teens prepare and are amazed to learn that healthy, delicious food can be made quickly and many ingredients are available at the nearby LGE Youthmarket from July through mid-November.
